This Privacy Policy explains how Mojave River Academy uses information collected through this enrollment portal, including the enrollment interest form, application workflow, and document upload process.
When a family submits an enrollment interest form, we collect student and guardian information such as center interest, student name, date of birth, grade level, guardian names, phone numbers, email addresses, and communication consent choices.
When a family continues into the application process, we may collect additional student profile information, guardian details, residency and address details, emergency contacts, prior school information, agreements, and uploaded enrollment documents.
We use the information in this project to review enrollment inquiries, contact families, send application links, support save-and-resume application access, collect required enrollment records, and manage staff review and follow-up.
If you opt in to text messages, Mojave River Academy may use your phone number for enrollment inquiry follow-up, application links, reminders, and related school enrollment updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Local development may use a local SQLite database and local file storage. Staging and production environments may use a secured PostgreSQL database connection and may store protected uploaded documents using configured private cloud storage.
Uploaded enrollment documents are intended to be private. Staff access is restricted through authenticated staff workflows, and family application access is controlled through unique tokenized application links.
Information collected through this portal is used for Mojave River Academy enrollment operations. It may be accessed by authorized school staff involved in inquiry handling, application review, document review, and enrollment processing.
We may also use service providers that support email delivery, protected document storage, and application hosting for this system. We do not sell information collected through this enrollment workflow.
You may choose whether to submit an enrollment inquiry. If you consent to text messages, you can opt out by replying STOP to a message, and you can request help by replying HELP.
